Flood news & Videos – Horsham Victoria
Posted By admin on January 17, 2011
The town of Horsham in Victoria is bracing itself for the worst flood in a century.
Scenes like this are being repeated all over Horsham today as locals band together to help each other protect homes and businesses from rising flood waters. And by tomorrow, if the predictions are correct, the flood waters will reach this height.
There’s been nothing like it in living memory. The Wimmera River is expected to peak at 3.85m overnight. A one-in-200 year event.
